Rental Step


             Select the country and product you’d like to get. Place your order online 4 days (96 hours) prior to your departure/started date of your travel.

              For urgent booking, please contact us. Once your reservation is made, system will generate an acknowledgement email with payment details.

               We accept payment by bank transfer or credit cards (PayPal).

               All orders are in 1st come, 1st serve basis. (Order placed and payment settled)

​               Cash is accepted if you choose to pick up the device in our office. Remarkably,
               please pick up and settle payment one day prior to your departure/started
               date. (A refundable deposit and rental fee will be included in your order)

               For outbound service, your billing cycle begins your departure/started date and ended
               the day you are returned to Hong Kong.

               For service within Hong Kong, your billing cycle begins the date you wish to use or
               arriving Hong Kong, and ended the date you are finished using or leaving Hong Kong.

​               For instance, if your departure date is 12th and return date is on 14th, a 3 days rental
               will be charged. Service charges will be simply the rental period from the departure
               date to the return date to Hong Kong for outbound service.

               If your flight is over night, please send us e-ticket or receipt of your flight after placing
               order to waive the rental fee of the first day or the last day of your travel.

               Please return your Pocket Wi-Fi router the second business day after you return to
               Hong Kong for outbound service; and the day before you leaving Hong Kong for inbound

               Please note that you'll be charged for extra for any late return.

               (Pick up one day prior the started date, and return one day after the ended date without extra charges)


               Pick up in our office

                You may choose to pick up yourself in our office,

                Your reserved pocket wifi will be available one business day before your departure/started date.

                Hong Kong Pocket wifi serves only the same day of your selected date of pick up and return.


               Delivery service and others (Booking needs to be completed 4 days prior the started date) 

                If you choose NOT to pick up in our office, delivery, hand off and EF-Locker services are also available.

                The pocket wifi device will be arrived 1 day before your departure/started date or upon our special request. 

               *Basic delivery service includes commercial and factory areas. Extra charges to residential area*


                You may choose to return the pocket wifi in our listed office next day of the arrival/ended date without extra charges.

                If you have any difficulties to return the pocket wifi, please contact us. Additional charge will be imposed for late return.                                                

                And also please allow 7-10 working days to process the refund of deposit. Remarkably, no cash refund will be available.
